Chart notes
EXPLOSIVELY HOT was hustled from the start, went around the first turn in the two path, was rated down the backstretch, came under some urging while moving from the inside to the three path on the far turn, rallied to the lead into upper stretch then kicked clear, was driven into the final sixteenth then eased up in the final strides while best. GLORY TO ME broke out and bumped with a foe, went three wide on the first turn, settled at the rear, came between horses early on the far turn, was urged three wide on that bend then driven four wide into the stretch, gained into the final furlong, chased the winner to the wire and finished willingly for the place. THE MISSING PIECE was sent hard from the start then moved clear, went three then two wide on the first turn, set the clear pace while in hand, was asked in the two path on the far turn, lost the lead into upper stretch and weakened but was clear for the show. DIAMOND LADY bumped with a rival at the start, went four wide on the first turn, tracked the pace down the backstretch, dropped back under urging in the three path on the far turn and tired. LUCKY HARBORAGE went three wide on the first turn, settled off the pace, was urged two then three wide on the far turn and failed to threaten. MAGIC COY was off a step slow then had her path taken, went four wide on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, dropped from three to two wide under urging on the far turn and failed to respond. NOTTODAYFELLAS was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, saved ground near the rear and was no factor. GERRIE LOU broke out at the start, rounded the first turn in the two path, was reserved towards the rear, moved out leaving the backstretch, went five then six wide on the far turn and also failed to respond. LIVELY LEA went five wide on the first turn, was rated on the outside, came up empty while four then five wide on the far turn and retreated.
