Chart notes
GOLD ACCOUNT broke out then was hustled, went around the first turn in the two path, was rated off the pace, moved closer with a half-mile to run, was let out while three then four wide on the far turn, rallied five wide into the stretch, closed well to get the lead inside the three-sixteenths then drew clear under steady handling. EASY TO MISS went around the first turn in the three to four path, stalked the pace on the outside, inherited the lead outside the half-mile pole when the pacesetter leapt in the air, vied inside to the two path on the far turn, was put to the whip after being headed inside the three-sixteenths and proved no match for the winner while clear for the place. JUST GUN IT broke out and hit the gate, went six to seven wide on the first turn, tracked the pace on the outside, made a bid late on the backstretch, vied three to four wide on the far turn, turned into upper stretch under a drive, dropped back into the final furlong and weakened but held the show. MAGA COUNTRY bumped hard with a rival at the start then was hustled to the lead, went around the first turn in the two path, set the pace, leapt in the air and lost action passing the nine-sixteenths, had the rider show great skills to remain in the saddle while losing his right iron for several strides, regained the iron before the half-mile pole, dropped back under urging at the seven-sixteenths, went around the far turn in the two path, dropped to the rail at the quarter-pole and tired. O'CONNOR broke in and bumped hard with a rival, saved ground on the first turn, settled at the rear, was urged two to three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the stretch then moved further out and was no factor. NO KA OI broke out and brushed the gate at the start, went around the first turn in the five to six path, tossed his head inside the three-quarter pole, tracked the pace on the inside of a rival, made a bid outside the half-mile pole, vied two to three wide on the far turn and came up empty. TAPIT'S TEMPLE was carried out at the start then wrestled back under stout restraint early, went seven to eight wide on the first turn, was reserved on the outside, dropped back while six wide on the far turn and failed to respond.
