Chart notes
PIONEEROFTHESTORM was hustled to set the early fractions, saved ground through the backstretch run and second turn, was asked for run at the head of the stretch and kicked clear. JOURNEY TO RUN settled early,three wide along second turn, made a sustained bid through the stretch drive and was second best. MOONLIGHT BLUE setlled early, advanced position along the backstretch to sit just off of the pace, lost position along the second turn and was outfinished in the drive. KYLEMORE chased the leader into the backstretch, lost position heading into the second turn while two wide, and tired in the stretch drive. SPEED SAVER was unhurried early, gained position along the backstretch, lost position while two wide into the second turn, and was empty in the stretch drive. LOLO PANIOLO saved ground while close to the early pace, lost position along the backstretch, slipped to the rail along the second turn and weakened in the stretch drive.
