Chart notes
CRACK A COLD ONE pressed the early pace while saving ground along the turn, took the lead entering the stretch and held off an oncoming SURPRISE FASHION for the win. SURPRISE FASHION sat just off of the early pace, saved ground two wide onto the turn, began a sustained rally inside of the eighth pole and pressured CRACK A COLD ONE late, but was not getting past the winner. LEADVILLE set pace through the early going, saved ground along the turn, was urged in the stretch but tired in the drive. IRISH SWING was unhurried early, chased the leaders three wide on the turn, and had no late kick in the stretch. IVORIAN settled midflight early, came four wide along the turn and was not a factor late. PRINCEOFTHENORTH settled toward the back of the back early while saving ground, was outrun into the turn and was empty for the stretch drive. HARDY CHISEL was up close to the pace early, saved ground along the turn, began losing position off of the turn and had no late response in the stretch.
