Chart notes
PERFECT STORIES was allowed to settle in the early stages, saved ground along the second turn, angled out for the stretch run and had a late kick to get by DON'T UNZIP ME to prevail. DON'T UNZIP ME was hustled to set the pace, was two wide on the second turn, was clear into the stretch run but was caught in the final sixteenth by the winner, though was a clear second. SURE ANGEL chased the pace through the second turn, saved ground on the second turn, ran evenly in the stretch run and got the head nod for third. MISCHIEVOUS CURLIN stalked the early pace, was three wide outside of rivals on the second turn, was unable to close the gap into the stretch and was outfinished in the stretch run. GOING TO SHABOOMS settled in the middle of the field, was three wide on the second turn and had no rally in the stretch run. TAKE A TIME OUT settled toward the rear of the field, trailed through the second turn while three wide and had no late response.
