Chart notes
OURPERFECTPRINCESS broke with the leaders, contested the issue between horses into the turn, dueled late in the bend closest to the inside, disposed of that rival into the lane, drew off steadily to the wire without being asked for much the final furlong to win ridden out. BESTIEVERHAD with the pace three wide into the turn, dueled outside the winner late in the bend, could not keep up through the lane while maintaining a comfortable advantage over the others. BRIDLED UP broke well, flashed early speed inside the top two, fell back off that pair through the turn, moved out for the drive, went evenly to the wire, came back for the show late while not a threat to the same top pair. CHARLIE SKY off a step slow, lacked early foot, improved upper stretch after saving ground through the turn, flattened out a bit late to be outfinished for the show. TRAPPE THE CAT failed to seriously menace while racing outside.
