Chart notes
TUSK stalked the top pair down the backstretch, raced five wide into the upper stretch and prevailed late under strong encouragement. TRIFOR GOLD tracked the early leader down the backstretch, took command through the far turn, shifted out nearing the eighth pole to race well off the inside, dug in late and missed in a game effort. CAN'T PASS IT UP was slow early on, improved position through the stretch but was no match for the top pair. HARD FOUGHT showed good early speed to set all the pace and tired readily the final eighth of a mile.
