Chart notes
KWIST , sent to the early lead, hugged the inner rail, opened up in upper stretch, switched leads twice in the drive and lasted. SPITBALL hugged the inner rail stalking the pace, eased out to the two path in mid stretch and rallied. SPEIGHTSTER RED lacked speed, raced four deep on the turn and passed tired horses. CRYING FOR MORE , three wide on the turn, advanced to take aim on the lead in upper stretch then weakened. BUZZHOUND , no factor, swung to the five path in upper stretch. SCOTTSDALE prompted the pace outside the winner, weakened in upper stretch and was steadied in close quarters near the eighth pole. LUCIAN , no factor, raced three wide on the turn then along the inner rail through the stretch.
