ORCZY (IRE) settled in the midflight in the early stages, was three wide on the second turn, swung five wide into the stretch while gaining ground, caught the runner-up inside of the furlong marker and had a late kick to prevail. PAPER BOY set the contested pace through the second turn, was three wide on the second turn, led into the stretch but was caught inside of the eighth pole while besting the rest. NORTHERN QUEST was fractious in the gate and was away a step slowly, settled in the early stages, was five wide on the second turn while gaining ground but flattened out in the stretch while holding on for third. QUIPO was five wide on the first turn while stalking the pace, was still up close while six wide on the second turn and tired in the stretch run. COLLUSION DELUSION contested the pace by PAPER BOY through the second turn and weakened in the stretch run. INCREDIBLE CHAMP settled toward the rear of the field, was outrun on the second turn while three wide and gave way in the stretch run. WYNNVILLE was unhurried in the early stages, was five wide on the second turn and was not a factor.
