BYEGONE DAYS was unhurried through early stages, saved ground then shifted out entering the lane, responded under pressure, sustained a steady bid and got up late for place. SMOOTH AS GLASS stalked the pacesetter through the backstretch, moved up and took over the lead entering the far turn, got collared by the winner at the head of the lane, stayed on with response then got edged out late for place. RAISON D'ETAT GIRL settled through early stages, hustled up two wide at the quarter pole, gained position then evened out in the final furlong. CAIRO QUEEN set the pace through early stages, vied for the lead late backstretch then gave way around the far turn. SHESAROCKSTARTOO tracked the top two leaders, was ridden along three to four wide around the far turn, had no response and steadily weakened.
