Chart notes
BALLROOM BLITZ had good position early, rallied three wide in the stretch, lugged in mid stretch causing MOBIL LADY to alter course to the outside and drew off under firm handling. MOBIL LADY pressed the pace until the top of the stretch, rallied while between horses in mid stretch, was in tight and had to steady and alter course to the outside and finished willingly. DIVA POWER set the pace with a clear lead and gradually weakened in the stretch. CRISTALINDA was well placed and saved ground, went evenly. RIPROARING allowed to settle, failed to menace. CAUSE OF LOVE was outrun. THE STEWARDS POSTED THE INQUIRY SIGH AND AFTER VIEWING THE TAPE DISQUALFIED BALLROOM BLITZ AND PLACED HER SECOND FOR INTERFERENCE IN MID STRETCH WITH MOBIL LADY.
