ADIOS BOBBY sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, drew off through the second turn and lasted under steady pressure. ENJOY THE MUSIC tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals and lacked the needed late kick. GOLD CZAR allowed to settle, saved ground on the two path through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch, dueled, then edged up for the show. SMILES OF JOY mid pack, held position three wide through the second turn, bid on that path into the stretch then had a mild late gain for the show. COMMODORE BARRY well placed and outside, faded through the second turn. MIO D' EVEN was never involved.
