Chart notes
DIRECT DECEIT tracked four wide down the backside,, rallied in the stretch five wide, closed determinedly under left handed urging and drew clear. MOBIL SOLUTION was well placed early, rallied in the stretch and gained a slight lead, could not match strides late with the winner but held place. FIRSTHAND JUSTICE pressed the early pace, dueled down the backside, gained a clear lead on the far turn, was hooked in the stretch and held well. PAT'S KARMA was unhurried early, swung wide in the stretch and improved late. MANGA MAN was unhurried early, angled in mid stretch, and rallied late. GARRETT was in tight in the first turn, raced mid pack and had and even effort. SPEEDY MOBILE pressed four wide and tired in the lane. BLANDA well placed and saved ground, had no rally. SAMMY DA BULL was no factor. FUNNEL CAKE set and pressed the pace until the far turn, then tired. DANEFIELD raced mid pack and was through after a half. The rider of GARRET claimed foul against the rider of FIRSTHAND JUSTICE for aleged interference in the first turn. After viewing the tape the stewards took no action.
