Chart notes
COOL QUEST set a clear pace from the outset, was on the inside along the turn, raced in the two path into the lane and drew off late in the stretch under a steady drive. HERE MI SONG broke slowly at the break and trailed the field early on, was in the six path into the lane, rallied down the lane, wandered closer to the rail and was up for place at the wire. COUSTEAU tracked the pace early, raced in the two path along the turn, was in the three path into the lane, weakened down the lane and was outfinished for place in the late stages. EMPERADOR was steadied along the backstretch, raced in the seven path into the lane and moved up in the stretch run. GULFSTREAM WAY chased the pace early, raced on the inside along the turn, was in the five path into the lane and faded late in the stretch drive. ELITE POWER was done early. RACARINO was through after a half. SPRINKLEHEAD was through early.
