Chart notes
UNEXPECTEDLY raced well back in the three path the first turn, started a bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, improved in the five path of the far turn, dug in leaving the turn and got up the final strides. CHERISH YOUR DREAM came through the opening turn in the four path and was well off the pace leaving the turn, started a bid at the seven sixteenths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn, dueled to the front past the eighth pole, dug in through the lane but was caught in the final strides. TAPIZAR GIRL settled off the pace inside on the first turn, bid approaching the three eighths pole, contested at a close disadvantage off the rail on the far turn, drifted a bit into the stretch then flattened the final sixteenth. BETTER BOAT drew clear and angled to the inside to rate the pace, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, contested the advantage nearest the rail on the far turn but was caught past the eighth pole and flattened stride. RED LIL SHIPMENT raced off the pace toward the inside and showed little response through the backstretch. CROOKED WAYS rounded the opening turn in the four path, was well back leaving the turn and showed little response. SWEET PINOT saved ground.
