Chart notes
MAHI MAHI was hustled leaving the gate to set the pace from the outside post, saved ground on the second turn, extended the lead leaving the second turn, was pressured in the final sixteenth but held over an oncoming runner-up. PUSH THROUGH was unhurried in the early stages, saved ground while two wide on the second turn, closed well leaving the turn and pressured the winner but could not reel him in while besting the rest. RAILSPLITTER stalked the pace from a three wide path and was outkicked in the stretch. BERNALINHO stalked the early pace, saved ground on the second turn and did not have a late kick in the stretch. PERFECT WAGER settled off of the early pace and weakened in the stretch drive. LINFIELD had no early speed, was three wide on the second turn and did not have a late rally in the stretch. HYDROGEN attended to the early pace, saved ground on the second turn and gave way in the stretch.
