Chart notes
CLOONTIA sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a bid into the stretch, shook clear, then held under steady pressure. MY FRIEND FRANK mid pack, raced boxed through the second turn, came through inside, angled out, made a steady gain and closed the gap on the winner late. WHISTLE ME HOME broke in at the start and steadied, saved ground through the turns, came through inside of rivals into the stretch and closed well for the show. TILL THEN mid pack, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, bid four wide into the lane and flattened out. COLONEL TALBOT well placed and outside, held position on the two path through the second turn, bid on that path into the lane and weakened. RED CAT (CHI) was never involved. OPEN OUT well placed, gained position two and three wide through the second turn, bid three wide into the lane and had no rally.
