Chart notes
MR. TRIPLEDOUBLE set the pace shaking clear on the far turn moving off to a commanding lead in upper stretch being ridden out. TRIBULATION tracked the pace while saving ground chasing on the far turn, proving no match for the winner in upper stretch staying after it late salvaging place. ECONOMIC POLICY lagged through the far turn then raced evenly in the four path down the lane which proved enough to handle the others. KANDY CHARGE slow early was never involved. PAISANO sent hard pressed the pace chasing on the far turn wearing out in upper stretch. BEAU BOOK played no factor. CARRIER PIGEON folded up early.
