Chart notes
FROGGY THE GREMLIN was hustled along to set a pressured pace while between horses, contested the edge two deep on the turn, ran clear mid-stretch and held well with steady encouragement. DOC ELM chased outside, rounded the turn about the five path, closed steadily to take second inside the sixteenth pole and was gaining on the winner. IN HIGH GEAR pressured the early pace three wide, drifted toward the eighth pole then came back through the lane to recover third later yards. IN JUBALATION chased outside, rounded the turn about the eight path and passed rivals outside. ROUGH START pressured the pace inside, contested at a close disadvantage near the rail on the turn, was roughed at the inside flank of Froggy The Gremlin nearing the sixteenth pole then taken up while attempting to bear out. GOLDEN METTLE gave chase inside, raced near the rail on the turn and finished well. MEGALODON'SREVENGE chased the early pace toward the outside, raced off the rail on the turn then drifted nearing the top of the lane. JUBA JUNIOR gave chase through the backstretch, raced near the rail on the turn then weakened. AMERICAN BAD BOY broke awkwardly and saved ground.
