Chart notes
HENRY STANDINGBEAR exchanged contact with EASTBOUND N DOWN leaving the gate and settled well back off the rail, started a bid leaving the five sixteenths pole, swung to the outside leaving the turn and closed with a rush to get up the final stride, The latter was jostled on the chute then rated the pace, widened off the rail on the turn, came under steady handling through the final furlong but was caught in the final jump. MIO GRACELAND chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn off the rail and finished well while gaining on the runner-up. IN THE GOSPEL chased inside, raced near the rail on the turn and ran evenly down the lane. TICKLING SPRINGS exchanged light contact with Eastbound N Down on the chute then gave chase, rounded the turn in the three path, drifted into the lane and finished evenly. FANCY CASTLE gave chase then faded on the turn.
