Chart notes
FOREVER TAKES TIME gave chase and raced just off the rail on the turn, dug in under steady stretch handling to reach the front inside the sixteenth pole, dueled briefly clear and held on well. CHARITABLY GIFTED was hustled to a slim lead toward the seven sixteenths pole and set a pressured pace, was met at the five sixteenths pole and contested between horses on the turn, drifted toward the head of the lane but dug in when straightened away and recovered second the final yards. CEDAR RUNS CASTLE pressured the pace inside and dueled at even terms leaving the five sixteenths pole, rounded the turn at the rail, took the lead toward the head of the lane, drew clear at the eighth pole but was caught mid-stretch and flattened late yards. LASHER pressured the pace and drew to even terms three wide at the five sixteenths pole, raced close in the five path of the turn, drifted toward the head of the lane then flattened the final furlong. WEAVE IT QUIXOTE dropped well back and raced wider than necessary. MR. HOSTLER became edgy in the gate then saved ground well off the pace. BEAR'S ESTATE chased outside, rounded the turn about the four path then weakened.
