Chart notes
MUSIC MANDATE took over leaving the chute and rated the pace, came under pressure past the five sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the turn and was steadily handled through the lane. MISS CENTRAL chased through the backstretch, ran in the three path of the turn, drifted a bit into the lane and dueled for second. TOY TIGER gave chase inside, raced near the rail on the turn then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. TWO STEP SALLY chased, rounded the turn in the three path and ran evenly down the lane. HOLLY'S PERSUASION chased through the backstretch, rounded the turn about the three path, was eased to the outside at the eighth pole and finished evenly. CALIFORNIA SUZY broke a step slow then chased inside, ran at the rail on the turn and could only close the gap in the lane. I B NASTY was not a factor.
