Chart notes
MISS SPRINKLES bobbled leaving the gate then stalked off the rail, challenged from the three eighths pole, contested at a close disadvantage two deep on the far turn but took the nod toward the head of the lane, dueled clear mid-stretch and widened, with steady handling, the final sixteenth. GOLDEN SWEETS came out at the break then rated a short lead inside, came under pressure leaving the three eighths pole, contested the edge nearest the rail most of the far turn, was headed nearing the top of the lane, dropped back mid-stretch then flattened the final sixteenth. PLANETARY settled off the pace and off the rail the first turn then eased out into the backstretch, bid leaving the seven sixteenths pole, raced two deep on the far turn, drifted into the stretch but dug in to take third the final yards. OUT OF ROMANCE settled off the early pace about the three path, bid leaving the three eighths pole, raced near the rail on the far turn then flattened the final furlong. TAPTAP broke awkwardly then saved ground, picked up the chase toward the seven sixeenths pole, though, faded in the three path of the far turn. MAGNOLIA MADAME was shuffled back at the break then rated off the pace inside on the opening turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, but faded past the five sixteenths. BEAUCOUP BELL settled back off the rail on the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch.
