Chart notes
BAD KARMA dueled on the lead for three quarters, assumed command in the stretch and widened late under steady urging. HAPPY BEE was four wide early, rallied in the stretch while between horses and was up for place. HIDATSA PARK was unhurried early, swung wide in the stretch and had a late bid. PEGGY'S COVE raced close up for three quarters, then had no rally. STYLISH ASH never far back, lacked a late response. MARMALADE settled early rallied at the quarter pole and drew close, then flattened out. BACKSPLASH dueled on the lead for six furlongs, then tired in the stretch.
