Chart notes
DEW DAT closed to the lead nearing the half mile pole and rated the pace, widened at the rail on the turn then kept alert through the lane. SIGNS OF JEALOUSY chased the early pace outside, rounded the turn about the three path then dueled through the stretch for second. RED LIL SHIPMENT chased through the backstretch, raced near the rail on the turn then outfinished in the stretch duel for second. SPEEDING TICKET chased through the backstretch, ran in the four path of the turn, drifted to the six path toward the head of the lane and finished evenly. BROADWAY TROUPER was jostled on the chute then settled off the pace, picked up the chase nearing the three eighths pole, rounded the turn about the six path and passed rivals. TRUENO FUERTE gave chase insisde, rounded the turn near the rail and showed little in the lane. CASTLE'S TUFFY came in at the break, chased through the backstretch then weakened in the five path of the turn. ANOTHER EXCUSE steadied early then gave chase then weakened off the rail on the turn. MISSAWLET was crowded early and made contact with Broadway Trouper, gave chase outside but never factored.
