HOT FUDGE SONDE stalked in the two and three paths on the first turn, challenged past the seven sixteenths pole and dueled at even terms from that point, took the nod at the five sixteenths pole, contested the edge two deep on the far turn, dueled clear mid-stretch and held on well. C R'S MANDATE saved ground on the first turn, bid leaving the three eighths pole and raced at the rail on the far turn then dug in to take second and finished evenly. MADDEYE MOODY broke awkwardly and entered the first turn about the five path, picked up the chase toward the seven sixteenths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn then dueled through the stretch for third. SPANGLISH stalked inside on the opening turn, gave chase leaving the three eighths pole, ran in the four path of the far turn, drifted toward the head of the lane then flattened the final sixteenth. FROGGY THE GREMLIN took the lead while tapering in and rated the pace, dug in to the challenge of Hot Fudge Sonde leaving the seven sixteenths pole and dueled at even terms from that point, gave up the nod at the five sixteenths pole, remained a close factor nearest the rail on the far turn, though, weakened the final sixteenth. TYRY TYRANNOSAURUS settled off the pace in the three path the first turn, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, ran in the three path of the far turn then flattened the final furlong. CATFISH settled off the rail on the first turn then eased outward into the backstretch, though, showed little response. HUMPTY GRUMPTY saved ground off the pace then eased outward at the nine sixteenths pole, picked up the chase toward the seven sixteenths, but weakened in the three path of the far turn. IN JUBALATION was not a factor.
