Chart notes
MR. T'S THIRSTY veered out at the start, angled in on the first turn and settled off the pace early, closed in from inside through the second turn, collared the leader leaving that bend, took a short lead entering the stretch, kicked clear from MASHHAD FLATS and drew away. MASHHAD FLATS dueled from inside, put away VELVET GHOST leaving the far turn but was soon challenged by the winner on the inside, relinquished the lead into the stretch and stayed on to secure the place. VELVET GHOST dueled for command from outside, could not keep pace leaving the far turn and weakened to third. PRINCE HUSSAR got bumped leaving the gate, stalked five then four wide on the clubhouse turn, remained closest in pursuit to the second bend, was urged along through that turn while three then four wide and weakened in the lane. IM STILL THIRSTY got forced into PRINCE HUSSAR at the start, tracked four then five wide around the first turn, remained four to five wide through the second bend and tired.
