Chart notes
BURNIN TURF dueled for command from inside, ceded the lead early on the backstretch, switch to the outside and went up to apply pressure at the halfway point, took over with a quarter mile left to run, cleared into the stretch and held safely in the final sixteenth. FLY THE SKY climbed early and drifted out to the four path on the first turn, raced well widest up the backstretch, went three deep or four wide around the second bend, finished well through the lane but could not reach the winner. SUZIE QZZ BROTHER broke out and bumped rival at the start, tracked three wide early, continued off the rail then angled in on the second turn and gained the show. BETITO was off a bit slow and got bumped leaving the gate, dueled for command from outside around the first turn, cleared earl on the backstretch, gained company again at the half-mile pole, lost command approaching the quarter pole and weakened down the lane. GERLACH'S stumbled a bit at the start, stalked two wide around the first turn, chased the top pair two to three wide around the far turn and weakened.
