Chart notes
FROSTED GRACE pressed the pace, came around the final turn three wide, drove clear and won under steady urging. LANGS DAY void of early speed, moved up, eight wide around the second turn, made an outside bid and got up for second. SPA CITY lacked early speed, made a steady gain and was outfinished for second. SARCASTIC TONE vied for the early advantage, saved ground and weakened. UNION STATION lacked early speed, raced outside around the first turn and passed tired ones. BOLD THIRST raced within striking distance and faded. PIPES AND DRUMS raced near the back, came around the final turn four wide and showed little. DOUBLE STAR dueled on the front end and dropped back.
