Chart notes
PADDOCK PICK pressed the pace, moved up around the final turn and drove clear down the lane. MASTERLY vied for the early advantage, took the advantage around the second turn, couldn't match strides with the winner down the stretch, but was a clear second. HONOR MY SPEED unhurried in the beginning, made a steady gain and proved no match for the top two. CLASSIC GREELEY void of early speed, saved ground around the final turn, gained ground, but was no factor. NATEALYZE raced within striking distance, came around the final turn wide, weakened and finished evenly. SUMMER APPEAL raced in the back of the pack and passed tired ones. SONOMA CRUSH raced evenly near the back and was never a threat. ADIOS YANKEE showed early speed, saved ground and dropped back. BROADWAY JONES raced in the middle of the field, came around the first turn, retreated and trailed late.
