Chart notes
BEST CAUSE set the pace while racing in the two path, dawdled along and was well rated on the front end, then was sent down leaving the tujrn and remained clear to prove best, driving. FAVORITE DOLL was well placed on the inside, tipped out three wide leaving the turn to make bid, loomed boldly by the furlong marker but hung. LOVE IS STRONG was reserved early, advanced five wide on the turn and then lugged in by the furlong marker and flattened out. SEEKING THE THRONE stalked the pace between horses and weakened in the drive. ARCTICA stalked the pace four wide and weakened by the quarter pole. SHOW MAID was allowed to settle early and tired. AFRICAN SONG failed to menace.
