VETERANS HIGHWAY broke awkwardly from the gate, chased the early pace, raced in the three path along the turn, was in the five path into the lane, made a bid in the stretch but flattened out late in the drive. BOMBDIGGITY was in tight and squeezed back shortly after leaving the gate, raced in the two path along the turn, was in the four path into the lane with a late gain in the stretch run. PRINCESS ELIN trailed the field early on, raced in the five path along the turn, was in the eight path into the lane with a belated gain in the stretch drive. DEVINE CHARGER chased the pace early, raced in the four path along the turn, was in the six path into the lane and leveled off down thel ane. FAST AND FLIRTY raced in the three path through the turn while never a threat. MARGIE'S KITCHEN set the pace early, raced in the two path through the turn, was overtaken near the eighth pole and gave way readily.
