Chart notes

TRAGICALLY QUEWICK was bumped at the start, stalked the early pace three wide, made a bid between horses by the quarter pole, then vied for command between rivals by the furlong marker and edged clear leaving the sixteenths pole, then kept MR NARCISSISTIC safe late, driving. MR NARCISSISTIC was rated along early, then was on the inside on the turn, eased out leaving the quarter pole and came four wide into the drive, closed fast late. GATLING GUN stalked the early pace and made a four wide bid nearing the quarter pole, then vied for command by the furlong marker but flattened out late. EXCEED was allowed to settle early, saved ground on the turn and angled out in the stretch and had a belated rally to gain the minor rewards. MAD DOG N JOE set the early pace on the inside and was headed leaving the turn and faded late. I'M A CHI TOO broke in at the start bumping the winner, then chased the pace three wide on the turn swung out five wide for the drive and had no rally.
