Chart notes
COURT AND SPARK saved ground around the first turn, pressed the pace from the inside up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the far turn, took over passing the quarter pole and held a short margin to the wire while drifting out midly. HOLD THE IRISH saved ground around the first turn, chased the leaders on the inside up the backstretch, slipped through on the rail to began a bid entering the stretch and gained ground down the lane but couldn't get by the winner. DIGGERS DIAMOND pressed the pace while racing three wide around the first turn and up the backstretch, offered a three wide bid racing around the far turn and was outkicked in the stretch. RIPPOLINO tracked the leaders from the two path through the opening half mile, began a four wide bid coming off the far turn and flattened out from there. I SEE THE STARS led the field from the two path around the first turn, continued to show the way between horses up the backstretch and around the far turn and tired in the stretch.
