J J WEDGIT MAN took a quick lead and rated the pace inside, came under pressure nearing the quarter pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and dug in all out to hold on. BANNER MAN settled off the rail on the opening turn, bid nearing the five sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn off the rail and finished well while gaining on the winner. INDIANA RED saved ground off the pace, bid leaving the three eighths pole and raced near the rail on the far turn, then outfinished in the duel for second. SONDE ST BLUES angled in and stalked two deep, gave chase nearing the three eightsh pole, rounded the far turn three wide and ran evenly in the lane. HENRY STANDINGBEAR rounded the opening turn in the three path and was well off the pace leaving the turn, picked up the chase nearing the seven sixteenths pole, raced in range of the leaders in the five path of the far turn, drifted into the stretch, though, finished evenly. LUFTY'S KISSES exchanged contact with KITE SURFER leaving the gate, rounded the first turn off the rail then eased out into the backstretch, gave chase from the seven sixteenths pole, ran in the five and six paths of the far turn, left the turn widest and finished evenly. The latter exchanged contact with Lufty's Kisses, saved ground on the first turn and showed little response.
