Chart notes
DINNER BELL gave close chase through the backstretch and took the lead two deep midway on the turn, drew clear toward mid-stretch then widened the final sixteenth. ASCENDED chased outside, ran in the four path of the turn and dug in under steady stretch encouragement to take second the final yards. WAYNE'S HOPE closed to the lead at the half mile pole and rated the pace, came under pressure past the five sixteenths pole, was caught at the rail midway on the turn then weakened the final sixteenth. HURRICANE AMIGO chased, rounded the turn about the five path and passed some rivals widest. FROSTY THE BULL gave chase, raced off the rail on the turn and weakened. TEMPESTA chased inside, raced at the rail on the turn then weakened into the stretch.
