Chart notes
SCREENPLAY pressed the pace early, then dueled for the lead through the turn, getting headed again by SECRET HOLIDAY in mid stretch, only to dig in and come back on to just get up for the win at the wire. SECRET HOLIDAY made the lead out of the gate, dueled from the inside, through the turn while inching away in mid stretch, only to get edged out at the wire. SGT. QUINCANNON was mid field down the back stretch, then angled out, three wide and rallied down the lane to get up for show. BOLD MOON pressed the pace early, going three wide and failed to respond in the stretch drive. CROSS TIMBERS was near the back, and had an even effort going five wide down the lane. MOOGIE SON got bumped at the break and squeezed back, made a mild bid on the turn, but failed to respond. RAISE THE PURSES bore out at the break and bumped a foe, then dropped back in the turn and was no factor.
