Chart notes
MISSED THE BOAT dueled for the lead throughout from along the outside and proved narrowly best in a prolonged drive. HYDROGEN dueled for the lead from the outset from along the inside and just missed. BERNALINHO saved ground for six furlongs then angled out four-wide and gaining late. BIG CITY BANE settled in mid pack while racing between rivals, angled to the inside in the stretch and went evenly late. CAPTAIN RED was forwardly placed early, swung out to come four-wide into the stretch, but lacked a response when asked. CASCADE KING was four-wide throughout and weakened during the drive. DENNARD was five-wide throughout and tired.
