VALENTINE BUG tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, gained a short lead and was outfinished. LIFE DON'T OWE YOU sprinted clear in the early going, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, steadied in the late going for racing room and held the show. SUMMERFEST unhurried in the early going, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, angled out for clear racing room and evened out.
