Chart notes
ANNIE UP BUCK sent from the gate, sprinted clear, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then came again late and edged ahead. NEVISIAN SPIRIT mid pack, gained a striking position three wide through the second turn, bid four wide into the stretch, gained a short lead at the furlong marker, then weakened and held the place. SASSY MISS MARGIE well placed and inside, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, then lacked the needed late kick. WORKING OVERTIME allowed to settle, looped up three and four wide through the second turn, came widest into the stretch and flattened out. SECRET TEMPLE was no factor, inside. MAGNA G FORCE well placed and off the rail, gained position two and three wide through the second turn, then faded in the stretch.
