Chart notes
YOU'RE THE CAUSE broke out to bump with Ike Butte, then was allowed to settle, rallied four-wide the final quarter, came in to bump with Cause I'm Cool in the stretch and proved narrowly best in a stiff drive. CAUSE I'M COOL vied for the lead throughout while racing three-wide, came out late to bump with the winner and just missed. INDIAN RULE svaed ground setting the pressured pace to te stretch and weakened. FANTASTIC DREAM came four-wide into the stretch and failed to threaten. COWBOY CAUSEWAY was not a factor while racing three-wide. DARK N' HANDSOME dueled for the early lead while racing two-wide and tired after a half. NUMMY NUM dropped back early and failed to menace. IKE BUTTE was bumped at the start and showed little thereafter. The trainer ofr Cause I'm Cool lodged an objection against the winner, but after viewing the films the stewards made no change in the order of finish.
