Chart notes
I LIKE DREAMING tracked the leaders from the inside just off the pace around the first turn and up the backstretch, ran into traffic going into the final turn and waited, slipped through to take the lead at the quarter pole, drew clear under hand urging. THE THIMBLE went to the lead from the inside to the final turn fought gamely around the final turn but was no match for the winner. CIROC O CLOCK was unhurried around the first turn then steadily advanced down the backstretch and passed tiring rival. ZONG TOUGH brushed with rival at the start, vied for the lead from the two path to the final turn made a mild bid on the final turn and gave way. DAPPER DAN MAN brushed at the start, was in the five path into the first turn then stalked the pace from the three path to the final turn and weakened. TOUCH OF GOLD broke outward at the start, was in tight going into the first turn raced back and was never a threat.
