Chart notes
WOODCHUCK sprinted to a clear lead soon after the start, turned back a bid into the stretch, shook clear, then lasted under steady pressure. CLOUD PLAY tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside into the stretch, angled out, made a steady gain and closed the gap on the winner late. RESIST THE DEVIL stalked the pace on the outside, gained position on the two path through the turn, bid outside the leader into the stretch, weakened and held the show. JO JO HANS well placed and outside, gained position three wide through the turn, bid on that path and could not gain in the lane. MCQUEEN'S BULLITT was no factor.
