Chart notes
ROADSIDE vied for the lead down the backstretch from the two path, took a clear lead after a half was challenged at the three sixteenths pole drifted in and brushed outside rival then drifted out again in the final sixteenth and bumped rival again but was able to hold on. MY PAL tracked the leaders from the two path down the backstretch move on the turn to engage the leader in upper stretch was brushed and bumped in the stretch drive and fought gamely to the wire. CLAIMJUMPER raced back on the inside then made a two wide bid on the turn and move back in to the rail and rallied for the show. PRAIRIE SQUALL stalked the pace from five to six wide on the backstretch made a bid on the turn and finished evenly. ALL RISE UP stalked the pace from the three path and lacked a late response. ARCH'S WILD failed to menace. B'ESAME ME MUCHO hustled to the lead from the inside and was through after a half. STEWARDS INQUIRY INTO THE STRETCH RUN, AFTER A REVIEW ROADSIDE WAS DISQUALIFIED FROM FIRST TO SECOND FOR INTERFERENCE AND BUMPING MY PAL IN LATE STRETCH.
