Chart notes
HAPPY WICKED unhurried early, closed with a burst of speed five wide through the turn, made the lead in upper stretch and drew clear under confident handling. RED COMET never far back, split horses two wide in upper stretch and was gaining on the winner late. SWING STATE pressed the pace two wide into the stretch then faded late. ELECTION INTEGRITY failed to menace. GOOD MUSIC pressed the pace three wide into the stretch then weakened. FAST CLIP bobbled at the start, sped to the lead, set a pressured pace to the top of the stretch and weakened late. LUNCHATTHELIZARD had good early speed four wide and flattened out in the stretch. HARSH TRUTH was never close.
