PINEAPPLE TIDBITS was taken in hand and dropped to the back of the filed in the run to the first turn, continued to bide her time at the back of the pack through the second turn, advanced four wide midway down the backstretch and continued while taking aim three wide at the pacesetter entering the final turn, assumed command entering the lane, and quickly drew clear while racing four wide in the drive to prove best. HARLAN'S ANGEL away well and raced to the lead from along the rail entering the first turn, controlled the pace from just off the rail through the second turn and in the run down the backside, maintained her advantage entering the final turn, was tackled by PINEAPPLE TIDBITS leaving the turn, and while no match for that rival in the lane, finished determinedly from along the rail in the drive to hold the place. MAKIN IT UP away alertly and tracked the leader one out from the rail through the stretch the first time, maintained her position in the run down the backstretch, rallied two wide into the final turn, and finished two out from the rail to garner a share. CERTIFIABLE stalked the early pace through the stretch the first time while racing one out from the rail, rallied along the inside entering the final turn, but failed to mount a serious late bid when called upon. TIMELESS SHRUG broke sharply and tracked the pacesetter from along the rail through the stretch the first time, continued to save ground through the second turn, dropped back to trail in the run to the final turn, and had nothing to offer over the final furlong.
