PRINCE PIKACHU's saddle slipped leaving the gate, contested the pace in a long duel and inched clear nearing the wire. FOREVER THE BOSS contested the pace in a long duel but succumbed to the relentless winner the final sixteenth. SHADOW BOX broke a step slow then steadied on the chute, picked up the chase from the three eighths pole, rounded the turn off the rail and ran evenly in the lane. BODE LYNX came away a bit awkwardly, gave chase through the backstretch, rounded the turn in the three path and ran evenly in the lane. NEW SOUTH chased, rounded the turn in the three and four paths, left the turn outside and showed little further. ASCENDED gave chase, ran near the rail on the turn and weakened in the lane.
