Chart notes
FORTUNE'S FOOL showed good early speed to set the pace while racing just to the outside of Glory Song, built a clear lead through the stretch run while racing well off the inside and remained clear late under steady pressure. WALK AWAY JOE stalked the early pace, raced four wide near the quarter pole, dug in inside the eighth pole and got up for the place position. THUNDERSHOOK settled off the early pace, moved up three wide around the far turn, angled out to race from the outside in the stretch run and moved up late to improve position. GHOST GAME was unhurried early, made an advance into the far turn while being hard ridden, raced along the inside at the quarter pole and flattened out in the drive. GLORY SONG pressed the early leader from the inside and weakened at the eighth pole. GALLANT GOLD stalked the pace from the outside, raced four wide through the far turn, fanned six to seven wide through the upper stretch and lacked a bid.
