Chart notes
CANDIED LUTE set a pressured pace on the inside, turned back bids leaving the quarter pole and kicked clear leaving the turn and remained clear to prove best, driving. DYF was well rated along the inside, eased out leaving the five sixteenths and came five wide into the lane, rallied well to gain the place award. COMMAND SGT MAJOR stalked the pace and made a four wide bid on the turn to loom boldly by the quarter pole, but flattened out, held show award between rivals by the sixteenth pole. PROUD LION pressed the pace three wide, made a bid between rivals nearing the quarter pole, but faded in the lane. ROBS LUCKY SPIRIT chased the pace and was five wide on the backstretch, then was four wide on the turn and made a mild bid, then came six wide into the lane and was empty. DENNARD ]was allowed to settle on the inside and had no rally.
