Chart notes
UBIQUITOUS led two wide, opened up at the top of the lane and went clear. TAPIT TO THE WIRE trailed from inside, was roused from two wide into the stretch, and rallied. BEST CHANCE YET stalked from the three path, drifted in rounding the turn, tipped four wide for the stretch, and kept on. EL GUAPO tracked in the four path, was driven three wide into the lane, and evened out late. CONTRACTOR BILL rated from the two path, was cued from inside into the lane, and improved late. MY BOY BLUE chased inside, checked midway around the turn, and flattened. VIOLENT ROCK was unhurried from the three path, swung out to the five path into the stretch, but was tired. FLASH IS BACK was wellback in the four path, was driven from the six path into the lane, but was empty. ZALFIERRO pressed from inside but gave way into the lane. MONEY SONG raced in midpack from two wide, steadied midturn, and was no threat. BUSHIDO'S WAY was in midfield while five wide but was no menace. BUSHIDO'S WAY WAS VANNED OFF. THERE WAS A CLAIM OF FOUL AND INQUIRY IN THIS RACE, THE JOCKEY OF THE TWO CLAIMED FOUL AGAINST THE JOCKEY OF THE SIX HORSE, BEST CHANCE YET, FOR INTERFERENCE AROUND THE TURN, HE WAS DISQUALIFIED AND PLACED SIXTH.
